We are not going to lie. Staying at El Bella Villa in the heart of Kissimmee is going to cost you a bit of money. After all, Florida is the world’s most popular tourist destination with amazing theme parks and attractions across the Sunshine State.

However, that doesn’t mean the best things in life are not free. There are several attractions in and around Kissimmee that do not charge a bean to enter and we highly recommend you check out the following 10 free attractions.

For Darn Good Beer, you should visit Orlando Brewing. With free tours on a first come, first served basis, you can gain an insight into the brewery business Monday to Saturday.

Or if wine is your preferred tipple you can pop in to the Island Grove Wine Company at Formosa Gardens.

However, if art is more your thing, we would suggest you pay the City Arts Factory a visit for a diverse and fascinating tour of inspiring artwork.

Lake Eola Park is another place to check out. It’s a public park in downtown Orlando, which hosts many community events and various performances year round.

There’s also the Disney Wilderness Preserve, which has become a national model for sustainable development and state-of-the-art conservation management, and the Fort Christmas Historical Park, which includes a replica of a fort built in 1837 during the Second Seminole Indian War; a traditional Florida “Cracker” house and eight pioneer homes; a schoolhouse and lunchroom; a sugar cane mill and other historical farming equipment.

Then there is Old Town, which is an outdoor shopping mall and entertainment complex that has been open for the past 33 years. It is a step back in time with unique shopping, restaurants, bars, attractions and rides.

Shingle Creek Regional Park has been described by former US President Barack Obama no less as one of “America’s Great Outdoors” and not forgetting Osceola County History Museum, which is full of fantastic displays that take you on a journey through the history of Kissimmee, as well as showcasing the different ecosystems found in the area

The final place we recommend is the Kissimmee Lakefront Park. This boasts a grassy waterfront park with walking paths, a fishing pier, picnic pavilions and a shaded playground.
